High crushing efficiency, Fine grain shape

By adopting the centrifugal crushing method, the crushing efficiency is high for all raw materials from coarse to fine grains, and the particle size of the products is always constant.

Low cost equipment, Easy maintenance

The machine is very light although its big capacity and can be installed and activated on a simple steel structure.
In addition, the configuration of the machine is simple, the operation is easy, and the consumables can be replaced in a short time, resulting in lower equipment costs and easier maintenance.

Easier maintenance

A manual opening / closing device for the crushing chamber head is added to the conventional Hustler.
The work for rotor and liner replacement is greatly shortened and reduced.

Fewer wear parts, Long life

The main consumable parts are only three parts :
1. Distributor which protecting the raw material passage in the rotor
2. Wear plate which protecting the raw material passage in the rotor
3. Tip plate which attached at the edge of the rotor outlet

These parts keep long life because most of them are protected from wear by build-up as raw material wall.
The ends of the tip plate, which cannot be protected by raw materials, is guarded by a super alloy steel chip.

Crushing overview

Crushing the stone is in the following way.

The stones are put into center of the rotation body, called Rotor. Then the rotor throw them out with the rotational power.
The stones discharged from the rotor are crushed to the build-up stone wall called dead stock, and broken.
In addition, the stones become good shape by running on the stone wall since the corner of the stones are cut and rounded to cubic shape.
Hustler is the crusher in the finishing process of aggregate plant.
Hustler 6 is specialized crusher for making sand by enhancing the efficiency and productivity of conventional Hustler.

  1. The throughput above can be achieved when feed of 1.6t/m3 bulk density is constantly supplied.
  2. The throughput above varies depending on moisture content (max. 4%), size and property of feed material.
  3. Grain shape and crushing efficiency can be better improved at higher rotor speed.
  4. Wet type US is also available for feed material with higher moisture content.
  5. Twin motor to be used to achieve the throughput enclosed by ***.
