Back ground of development

- Mandatory of segregation at demolition work and recycling of building waste in Japan.

Recycling mechanism

-Sand size material from waste concrete is blasted onto coarse material by the blast rotor to tear off mortar and cementitious material.
The system reproduce coarse and fine aggregate as same quality as virgin aggregate.
Rotation of rotating casing enables top surface of coarse material layer to keep refreshing and blast material efficiently and evenly polish surface of each particles. Quality is controlled with blasting time.

(4) Screen to classify sand particles
(5) To refill sand particles as blast material
※Ultra fine powder generated while blasting is collected by dust collector

JIS standard

Recycled aggregate is generally manufactured by crushing, grinding, and classifying of waste concrete. Its quality is determined by amount of remaining motar on particles.
Grade H Aggregate manufactured by performing advanced processing of crushing, grinding, and classification. Used for general-purpose concrete.
Grade M Aggregate manufactured by processing by crushing, grinding, and classification. Used for concrete in parts that are not affected by drying shrinkage or freezing and thawing, such as piles and foundation beams.
Grade L Aggregate manufactured by crushing. Used for concrete in areas where high strength and durability are not required.
