V7 DRY TYPE SAND MAKING SYSTEM

Revolutionary sand manufacturing system, product compares favourably with natural sand in particle size distribution and shape.

Newly developed US7 Crusher (patent registered) and carefully controlled recirculation from the Air Screen ((patent registered) has enabled greatly increased production of fine particles in the range 0.6 to 0.15mm, traditionally difficult to make, but an essential component of sand if it is to compare in performance with natural sand. Superior particle shape is also assured due to the crushing mechanism of the US7 VSI Crusher.

The remarkable consistency of the product is maintained after production by introduction of a small amount of water to prevent segregation

US7 US7 was developed specifically for sand production, incorporating a five port rotor for power and crushing efficiency, while maintaining the Husler virtues of low wear cost and assured particle shape.

Crushed material is screened into product & oversize with filler extraction by dust collector. Desired particle size distribution is achieved by adjustment of a damper, which varies the recirculation to the crusher.
